"Data Protection. Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003" for customers and suppliers

Personal and tax data acquired directly by
LAVERDA Spa – Via F.Laverda 15/17 – 36042 Breganze (VI) Italy, the data treatment holder, and/or through third parties, is handled on paper, by computer or telematically for contractual and legal needs, to enable efficient management of commercial relations and to safeguard credit and manage our rights in single commercial relations better.
The email addresses and traditional mail address provided can be used by the company to send out advertising material on similar services to the one purchased, unless the interested part should oppose handling for said purposes.
The refusal to provide data, where this is not obligatory, will be assessed each time by the data treatment company and will lead to decisions being made re the importance of the data requested for the commercial relationship.
Said data can only be communicated to the following parties, in Italy and/or abroad, for the aforementioned purposes and, thus, only be handled for said purposes by said parties:
- our dealer network;
- factoring companies;
- credit institutions;
- debt collection companies;
- credit insurance companies;
- commercial information companies;
- professionals and advisors;
- auditing companies;
- companies in the transport sector;
- controlling, subsidiary and associate companies;
- suppliers.

Data can be made available to all employees involved in and assigned to managing the contract for the same aforementioned purposes.

The interested party can exercise all rights foreseen by art. 7 of Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (including the rights to access, rectify, update, oppose handling and cancel data).
